Staff competencies
  • Staff can be assigned competencies by viewing training document(s) and then taking a multi choice test. The test can be digitally signed. All of this possible while out in the field and not connected to the Internet.
  • Certificates, licencies, visas etc can be associated with staff along with photos as proof.
  • Photos of keys, PPE etc can be taken to record evidence of what has been issued to staff.
  • Renewal dates of training courses, certificates, licencies etc can be monitored with a simple traffic light scheme to highlight when they are due for renewal or where they have already expired.
  • Team leaders can quicky see whether the staff member has been trained and also quickly find all staff who have a specific competency.
